Last day of school is 28/9/12. Term 4 starts 15/10/12. End of week 1 is Labour Weekend so coaching starts end of week 2.
Subscriptions 2012/2013 year
These are due as at 1 October. The new season’s subs remain at $100 for the whole family. The committee believe this is exceptional value for a family membership. Payment is requested into the account of the Club as Westpac Bank

It is essential you e-mail confirmation of the deposit to avoid any unidentified deposits. It is also necessary for you to include in your e-mail current contact details including mail, telephone and e-mail details. A key will be sent to you. The lock at the court will be changed on

Spring coaching for children
Coaching for children starts Friday afternoon 26 October and runs for eight weeks. The cost is determined by the number attending. If we have the 35-40 children we had last season then the cost will remain at about $50.
By Friday the 19th October could you please:
· Register your interest
· Advise the number and age of children you wish to attend
· Which session they are likely to attend 4.00 to 4.30pm up to 7 yrs
4.30 to 5.30pm up to 9 yrs 5.30 to 6.30pm 10 yrs over
Once we have confirmed numbers the cost shall be confirmed and you will, in turn, be asked to confirm the attendance of your child or children.

This is scheduled for 26 October at 6pm. Please put your hand up or send in your nominations for committee.
