Hi everyone
It has been quite a while since we last had a Lake Okareka Community Walking Track Working Bee. There will be a Working Bee on the new track, this coming Saturday 5th August 2017 from 9 am to 12 noon.
Please come to the DOC camp 226 Millar Road, and park anywhere in the camp - not too many campers in residence at this time of the year. Please be there before 9am as there will be a Health & Safety briefing and sign in before work starts.
Please wear suitable warm clothing and closed toe boots, gardening gloves. If you have a shovel and rake they will be useful. Bring a water bottle. We will be spreading gravel from the DOC camp end.
We will provide morning tea. Please contact me if you require any further information.
